today i excercised
i would have done nothing but lie on the couch with my brother and watch that 70s show…but instead matt and i ran a trail in the woods. it was pretty fun, and i was sort of like OH GOSH I CAN’T REMEMBER THE LAST TIME I EXCERCISED. oops
